Maybe you already have a Will in place. Maybe you are like many people who have been thinking about planning, but don’t know where to start, if you really need it or are just overwhelmed with the whole thing.

The reality is we all need some amount of planning. Proper Estate Planning is more than what happens to your things after you pass away. There a number of important documents that you need during your lifetime.

There are a couple of scenarios that might lead you to be ready to schedule your initial, no obligation consultation with Attorney Cliff Rice. Maybe you:

  • Have already attended a dinner
  • Recently had a conversation with one of our clients and something piqued your interest to want to meet, or
  • Experienced a life circumstance which underscored your need to get you and your family’s affairs in order.

Regardless of the reason, we would appreciate the opportunity to meet with you in order to begin the process of defining your plans and legacy.
If you have not attended a dinner and are ready to schedule an appointment, there’s a special offer that we will share with you when we talk on the phone.

In order to best accommodate your schedule and properly prepare for this initial consultation, here’s what we need to do to get started:

  • Contact our office between the hours of 8am and 5pm at (800) 303-RICE (7423) or (219) 462-0809 to schedule the appointment. Be prepared for this initial meeting to be about 2 hours. If you are married, it is important that you and your spouse attend.
  • Download, print and complete the Information Sheet prior to the appointment. For a welcome and instructions to help complete the Information Sheet, please click here to watch a short video.
  • If for some reason, you need to reschedule your appointment, please give us 48 hours’ notice. It provides us an opportunity to accommodate someone else who might be looking to schedule a meeting.

We thank you for considering Rice & Rice for your estate planning needs. We look forward to meeting with you and developing a unique plan to help support your legacy.
